In line with good governance practices for listed companies, the Group's constant concern is to ensure that its communication policy and the dissemination of all relevant information are carried out in a non-discriminatory fashion to the different entities involved in the financial market and that the contents of the information are clear and objective.

The Group's communication policy is based on the recommendations of the Portuguese Securities Commission (CMVM) and best corporate governance practices in order to ensure the transparency of its management and the credibility of information provided by the Group and to promote and strengthen the trust of shareholders, strategic partners, employees, customers, creditors and the general public.

Due to the importance of this matter, an Information Dissemination Control and Procedures Committee has been set up. Its mission and powers are described in Chapter II.2 of the Organisation Manual.
