The company’s operations are located in eight regions: the Basque Country, Asturias, Cataluña, Castile and Leon, Extremadura, Madrid, Murcia and Navarra. In 2011, Naturgas’ network totalled more than 9,690 km.
 
The company is a market leader in the gas markets of the Basque Country and Asturias, and it is the second electricity company of the Basque Country.

In 2011, in the regulated market, Naturgas had 993,000 points of supply and distributed 48,447 GWh of gas.
 

 In 2011, in the liberalized market, Naturgas had 789,000 customers and sold 28,259 GWh of gas.
