Executive Board of Directors

The members of the Executive Bord of Directors fully complies with the independence criteria set out in article 9 of the Articles of Association of EDP - Energias de Portugal, therefore there are no conflicts to the exercise of their functions, in accordance with article 10 of the Articles of Association.


General Supervisory Board

The General Supervisory Board members signed the acceptance terms of their own functions, in which they declared the absence of any legal conflicts according to articles 414 A and 437 of the Companies Code and on the terms and within the limits defined in article 10 of the company Articles of Association.

The independent members declared also fully complies with the independence criteria set out in GSB Internal Rules.
